You will have a long wait for a table at Dabbous but it's worth it. Book three months ahead to sample the innovative "molecular" cooking which uses techniques from modern Scandinavian cuisine. The kitchen is run by chef Ollie Dabbous and produces cutting edge cooking and stunning, mouth watering dishes, which while not expensive are small. You need to order four to five dishes per person.  The restaurant is on the site of London's first cyber cafe, Cyberia and has stayed true to its roots with minimalist decor and an industrial look.
