Travel Information
Amsterdam is not car friendly. Parking is hard to come by, many of the streets are closed or one way making it a challenge for the motorist. Most parking meters ask you to type in you vehicle registration which means you don't need to display a ticket. If you do want to drive in the city then opt for a car park.
